“Our cafe has always helped make the Central Library a more welcoming place for our customers, and a place where people want to meet and spend some time,” said Ann Hammond, director of the Lexington Public Library. “We’re glad to have the space back in business.”
B.J. and Lori McCreary, owners of Common Grounds and The Hub Coffee House & Cafe in Danville, said they hope to bring the most popular items from their Danville cafe to the new location, but will adjust the menu in response to what people want.
“We always try to do our own flip on our foods, “said Michelle Kovach, The Hub’s general manager. “Each of our stores has its own vibe.”
