Intro to Photography for the Differently Abled

Has limited mobility kept you from your artistic pursuits? In this introduction to photography, participants will learn about basic camera controls. Participants will also learn general tips for people and nature, as well as indoor still life photography.  We'll discuss lighting techniques, composition and equipment for differently abled photographers. We will discuss equipment modifications and digital apps that can improve picture taking. Depending on the weather, we may have an outing to the UK Arboretum after the class. Please bring a lunch. Caregivers are encouraged to accompany participants and feel free to bring cameras or smart phones too. Caregiver registration is not required.
