Learn basic methods to quickly transform fruits and vegetables into "quick" refrigerator pickles. This will be a hands-on demonstration where your will have the opportunity to make your own brine, create a unique flavor profile with herbs and spices, and taste your creation! Bring a fruit or vegetable, if you'd like. Take home your pickles and enjoy.
