What do you need?

•     Kindle eReader or other compatible device with Kindle app
•     Step-by-step instructions from Overdrive

How to return eBooks before their expiration date
eBooks returned early via Kindle or the Kindle app will disappear from My Account
within 5 minutes of their early return

•     Go to the Manage Your Kindle area of your Amazon account
•     Open the Actions menu to the right of the title you wish to return
•     Choose Return this book
•     When asked if you are sure, choose yes

• If your Kindle is not Wi-Fi capable or you do not have an active Wi-Fi connection, read Amazon's instructions for transferring files via USB.
• If you choose to purchase the book from the Kindle Store or check it out again at a later date, all of your notes and highlights will be preserved.
