Book Groups at Lexington Public Library
NPR Book Club
The new NPR Book Club gives you a chance to read and discuss books by authors associated with National Public Radio and other WUKY programs. Meetings will be at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month and will rotate among the different locations of the Lexington Public Library. Pick up books ahead of time by calling the location. You can also join a discussion on Twitter: @WUKYBooks. Reservations are requested and may be made by calling that month's library location.

Dragon Book Club
This is a read-aloud book club intended as an introduction to group discussion of a story. It is for ages 6-8 (must have completed Kindergarten). A book is read during the meeting which includes a craft or another activity. The Dragon Book Club meets one Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM (please call for exact dates). Reservations required.

Pizza and Paperbacks
This middle school-aged group meets one Thursday evening a month at 6:30. We enjoy games, pizza and an engaging discussion of a different selection each time. Books can be reserved in advance. For ages 11-14. Reservations required.

Meets the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Come and pick up a copy of this month?s selection in English or Spanish and join us for a multicultural discussion.
