The Foundation has a separate Board of Directors from the Library Board, whose function is to give counsel, time and resources for matters pertaining to the operation and administration of fundraising for the Lexington Public Library. The Board currently consists of 13 members. Members attend monthly Board meetings, participate in discussions at those meetings and serve on ongoing and ad hoc committees.
