All other branches will be open normal hours.

The 34th annual Alltech St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival in downtown Lexington on Saturday, March 16, is expected to have the following impact on traffic patterns:

• The Shamrock Shuffle will close East Vine Street to Midland Avenue to Third Street to East Main Street to intersection at West Main and South Upper Street
• The parade will close Midland from Third to Main, Main from Midland to Mill, and Upper between Main and Vine streets

The festival takes place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and the parade will be at 1 p.m.
