Classes are

• Free
• One-time, two-hour sessions
• Limited to 12 students (Digital Studio classes are limited to 8 students)
• Available for registration 14 days before the date of the class

Students should

• Sign up online at www.lexpublib.org.
• Call 231-5573 in order to register or register in person at Central Library if unable to signup online.
• Provide an email address for advanced classes in order to receive email reminders (Computer Basics students will receive class confirmation calls a few days before the event)
• Provide an email address for advanced classes in order to be entered on the waiting list for classes which are already full (Computer Basics students who do not have an email will receive a phone call if they are moved from the waiting list into the class)
• Provide a telephone number at which we may notify you of late changes in the class schedule, such as weather cancelations.
• Cancel as soon as possible if unable to attend, by using the link in your confirmation email OR calling 231-5573.
• Arrive on time.

Please note

• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Students may attempt to walk-in to our classes, but pre-registered students (including students on the waiting list) will receive priority for any available seating.
• Please register for classes only after completing any applicable prerequisites
• If you are more than 5 minutes late, your seat may be given to another student.
• Classes are subject to cancelation.  In the event a class is canceled, an attempt will be made to notify all registered students.
• Learning any new skill takes time and patience.  Please take advanced classes only when you are comfortable with the skills taught in basic level classes.  Practice outside of class is essential to mastery of the skills.
   

About Digital Studio Classes

Classes are:

• Limited to 7 students
• All classes labeled Digital Studio will be held in our Digital Studio located in our Northside Branch.
• Available for online registration 14 days before the class is scheduled to be held.
• Students may attempt to walk-in to our classes, but pre-registered students (including students on the waiting list) will receive priority for any available seating.
• If you are more than 5 minutes late, your seat may be given to another student.
• Classes are subject to cancelation.  In the event a class is canceled, an attempt will be made to notify all registered students.
