Ling-yuh W. (Miko) Pattie, a native from Kaohsiung, Taiwan, came to Lexington in 1966 to pursue graduate studies at the University of Kentucky. She has been a librarian at KSU, EKU and UK, the Founding Director of the Kentucky Virtual Library, and the Chief Information Officer of the Kentucky Virtual Campus. To level the playing field for information resources and services for all citizens is her passion.
